A court in Moscow extended the detention of actionist Pavel Krisevich

A court in Moscow left activist Pavel Krisevich, accused of hooliganism, in jail. This was reported by the telegram channel “Freedom for Krisevich!”

The activist drew the court's attention to the fact that he has an apartment in Moscow for serving house arrest, and petitioned for a mitigation of the preventive measure. However, the Tagansky court left Krisevich under arrest for another month.

• In June 2021, the court sent Krisevich to a pre-trial detention center on charges of hooliganism (Article 213 of the Criminal Code). The case was opened after the arrest on Red Square, when Krisevich was holding a rally in support of political prisoners. During the performance, he tried to shoot himself in the head.
• Pavel Krisevich regularly performed performances, and he was detained for this. At the beginning of November 2020, Krisevich was arrested for 15 days under the article of disobedience to the legal demands of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) in connection with an action near the FSB building on Lubyanka, where he “crucified” himself on a cross over a burning pile of political criminal cases.
