The police charged the former coordinator of Navalny's headquarters in Murmansk, Violetta Grudina , for violating sanitary and epidemiological rules . The public figure writes about this on her Twitter.

Grudina does not provide details of the charges, but noted that during the investigation she was summoned for questioning.

A case under the “sanitary” article was opened against the activist in July. According to investigators, Grudina participated in the election campaign while sick with coronavirus.
