The Moscow City Court refused to replace Gleb Borisov, a 17-year-old defendant in the “palace case” from Moscow, with a suspended sentence replaced with a real one. This is reported by SOTA.

In September, the young man was found guilty of using harmless violence against government officials (Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code) and damaging someone else’s property for hooligan reasons (Part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code) - he was sentenced to five years probation. On November 7, the prosecutor's officeprotested the sentence imposed on Borisov and demanded that he be given a real seven-year sentence.

According to investigators, Borisov kicked two employees of the Russian Guard once each and participated, together with another defendant in the “palace case” Konstantin Lakeev, in throwing snowballs at a car assigned to the FSB. He admitted guilt. At the trial, the Russian Guard said that they did not feel any pain and accepted the defendant’s apology, his father said.
