To the "bright" future?

To date, in the psychotuberculosis department No. 20, located on Art. Sardan of the Mozhginsky district, with a concomitant tuberculosis disease, is treated by five patients, other patients, by decision of the medical commission, were prescribed in an unknown direction. According to the “action” trade union, the hospital management deliberately secondly writes out patients to other institutions in order to have time to evade responsibility.

Thus, the leadership of the Republican Clinical Psychiatric Hospital represented by the chief physician Yuri Kamenshchikov has not yet provided a single document of the trade union organization. Apparently there is something to hide. For all requests, the local Ministry of Health and the leadership of the RKPB reply that they have a license. Yes, there is a license, but not according to FTISIONS, which is confirmed - the conduct of Roszdravnadzor, which revealed the lack of a license. Further, the SOUT (special assessment of working conditions) was carried out in 2020, however, on repeated requests of the trade union in 2021, to provide the results of the SOUT of the psychotuberculosis department, the leadership is limited to the provision of SOUT for 2018, carried out even before the reorganization, that is, at the first republican neuropsychiatric hospital. Also, the leadership of the hospital before the reorganization and after it, until October 2021, had a physicist in the staff of branch No. 20, but for some reason the leadership of the hospital concluded an agreement with the republican anti-TB hospital.

But the violations do not end there. There is an assumption that all these lawlessness and arbitrariness are carried out not without someone’s approval and patronage. On November 3, 2021, two orders are issued. One is about the suspension of downtime, the second is about the excretion in a simple one. On November 8, having left downtime, the junior medical staff, and later the average, receives notifications of reduction. At the same time, the employer himself does not want to introduce the contents of the orders themselves - answering as tactfully as possible: “Caught up as part of labor legislation.”

We have repeatedly wrote that the situation with the psychotuberculosis department is under control of the Republican prosecutor's office and the Investigative Committee, but there is a feeling that in these instances they also turn a blind eye to all violations of labor legislation that the leadership of the psychiatric hospital in relation to their employees.
