The Central District Court of Simferopol imposed fines ranging from 10 to 15 thousand rubles under the “rally” (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and “coronavirus” (part 1 of article 20.6.1) articles to seven Crimean Tatars who came to the hearing on the affairs of Hizb ut-Tahrir. The court considered seven administrative cases in connection with detentions near the building of the Crimean Garrison Court. Four arrests took place on October 29, the day the verdict was passed in the third Bakhchisaray case of Hizb ut-Tahrir, three on October 11, the day the appeal against the verdict in the Krasnogvardeysky case was considered.
Selim Teyfukov, Alimkhan Abitov and Kazim Ablyalimov were detained on 29 October. The court found them guilty under the article on violation of the high alert regime (part 1 of article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and imposed a fine of 15 thousand rubles. Also on October 29, Nariman Muydinov was detained, he was fined 15,000 rubles under the article on violation of the rules for participation in a public action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The same article was imputed to who were detained Nariman Parmanov, Eldar Enverov and Mustafa Yurdanov, on October 11. The court fined them 15 thousand rubles.
- On October 29, the Southern District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don sentenced four defendants in the third Bakhchisaray Hizb ut-Tahrir case to 12 to 17 years in a strict regime colony. They were charged under articles on participation in the activities of a terrorist organization (part 2 of article 205.5 of the Criminal Code), on organizing the activities of a terrorist organization (part 1 of article 205.5 of the Criminal Code). In addition, all the defendants were found guilty of preparing for a violent seizure of power (Article 278 of the Criminal Code with the application of Part 1 of Article 30 of the Criminal Code).

Neither they nor the journalists were allowed to go to court, despite the fact that the process was open. The police cordoned off the building and forbade entry to the territory of the court to anyone except lawyers. Then the members of the support group put on capes with photos of the defendants and the inscriptions "16 years - for what?" and "20 years - for what?" and lined up a hundred meters in front of the courthouse.

They were charged under articles on organizing the activities of a terrorist organization (part 1 of article 205.5 of the Criminal Code) and on participation in the activities of a terrorist organization (part 2 of article 205.5 of the Criminal Code). The appeal against the verdict was considered by the Military Court of Appeal in Vlasikha (Moscow Region). The police detained 15 people who came to the broadcast of the announcement in the Crimean garrison court. The court upheld the sentences for all three.
- The Islamist party Hizb ut-Tahrir has been recognized as a terrorist organization in Russia. In various regions of Russia, as well as in the Crimea, alleged members of the party are being prosecuted for the activities of a terrorist organization. At the same time, members of Hizb ut-Tahrir were not seen in the preparation of attacks or terrorist attacks. The accused are sentenced to various terms only on the basis that they held meetings and read religious literature. On the territory of Ukraine, the activities of Hizb ut-Tahrir are allowed.
