In Moscow on Sretenka Street, the police detained activists Ekaterina Kuznetsova and Natalya Saltykova: they opposed the development of the square. The detainees themselves told the OVD-info.

Women pasted posters with the image of Vladimir Putin and his quotes about the need to preserve cultural heritage. After the detention, the activists were taken to the Meshchansky police department, Julia Tregubova, a lawyer from the OVD-info, went to their aid.

In addition, the security forces detained Oleg Zhuravlev, who did not participate in the event, he was released without drawing up the protocol after delivery to the department.

14:15 The defenders of the square were released from the department with protocols under an article on violation of the rules of participation in a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), a lawyer from the ATS-Info Julia Tregubova, representing their interests.
