During the judicial debate in the Tverskoy Court of Moscow, the prosecutor requested 4.5 years in an educational colony for the person involved in the “palace case.” RIA Novosti reports this with reference to court information.
According to the court card , we are talking about 18-year-old Maxim Lelikov, Mediazona clarifies . Lelikov is accused of using violence against a police officer (Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code) at the rally on January 23. According to investigators, he “struck a Russian Guard employee in the leg area” while not far from Bolshaya Dmitrovka Street.
The young man was charged with several counts of “use of violence”; for each state charge he asked for 2.5 years in prison.
Lelikov was detained on March 17, the next day the court chose a preventive measure for him in the form of a ban on certain actions.
