In St. Petersburg they detained a picketman who opposed Putin

In St. Petersburg, Oleg Keniga was detained, who spent a single picket against Putin. He himself informed the OVD-Info about this.

He was taken to the police department. So far, the ATS-Info has not been able to find out in which department and what is charged with him.
