The Investigative Committee refused to institute criminal proceedings against a resident of St. Petersburg Natalia Lipskaya who tried to expel children with autism from the center "What difference" from the playground. This was announced by Znak.com.
In the center "what difference does it make" refusal to initiate criminal proceedings. As the Fontankaclarified , the St. Petersburg branch of the All-Russian organization of parents of disabled children will turn to the head of the IC, Alexander Bastrykin and will ask to check the refusal to initiate the case.
In July 2021, a video began to spread in social networks, on which Natalya Lipskaya tried to drive a group of children from the center of inclusive projects and social integration of children with special needs “what difference” and their assistants from the playground allegedly prevented her from walking her granddaughter. In the published video, Lipskaya hit the hands of one of the mentors several times, who shot the conflict on the phone, and promised to contact the management company at home in order to ban the children from "what difference" "to walk on the playground.

After the scandal of the center of inclusive projects "What difference" has announced the collection of funds for the equipment of classes for developmental features. Almost 800 thousand rubles were collected per day. Money will go to sound insulation, desks, school boards and equipment of the gym.
