The Investigative Committee refused to institute criminal proceedings against a resident of St. Petersburg Natalia Lipskaya who tried to expel children with autism from the center "What difference" from the playground. This was announced by Znak.com.

As the Fontankaclarified , the St. Petersburg branch of the All-Russian organization of parents of disabled children will turn to the head of the IC, Alexander Bastrykin and will ask to check the refusal to initiate the case.
