The Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg fined two participants in the performance, Alexander Travkin and Valentin Sorokin, 20 thousand rubles under the "rally" article. This is reported by Apology.
The performance was dedicated to the theme of improvement and road facilities. The participants were found guilty under the article on violation of the rules for holding public events (part 2 of article 20.2). The interests of the activists were represented in court by a lawyer from Apologia Sergei Loktev.
