In the Irkutsk region, the police summoned Anastasia Yurchenko, a resident of Usolye-Sibirsky, to the police station and drew up a protocol against her under the article on violation of the procedure for holding the rally by the organizer (part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The protocol was drawn up because of the action against the introduction of QR codes on November 20. During the poll, Yurchenko took advantage of the 51st article of the Constitution, which allows her not to testify against herself.
