In Usolye-Sibirskoye, Irkutsk Region, protocols were drawn up against the participants of the protest against the introduction of QR codes, Amida Rasulova and Daria Dorogova (Klyushnikova), on organizing a public event without notification (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). It is reported by "Irkutsk insider".
The protocols were drawn up because of the November 20 action. Earlier, administrative cases were brought against two more residents of the Irkutsk region because of this action.
- On November 20 and 21, 2021, in Usolye-Sibirsky and other cities of the region — Bratsk, Irkutsk and Angarsk — residents took to a public action against the mass input of QR codes. In Usolye, was detained . the chairman of the Association of Entrepreneurs of the Irkutsk Region, Mikhail Ozhiganov,
- On November 12, the State Duma proposed using QR codes with information about vaccination against coronavirus or medical documents to visit public places, travel by rail and air travel. Regional authorities will have to determine exactly where QR codes will be required. Many residents of Russia did not agree with this initiative, and protests began in a number of cities.
