The shortage of Apple smartphones is confirmed by retailers. According to a source in one of the electronics networks, the lead time is up to three weeks, due to the shortage of the iPhone 13 in late October and early November, demand for the base models of the iPhone 12 and 11 increased sharply.

In nine months, Apple imported 3.3 million devices into Russia, and Realme - 1.7 million, which is four times more than in the same period in 2020, according to data from the GS Group, which analyzes the supply of mobile devices. If the dynamics continue, then Realme may oust Apple from third place in 2022, says Alexander Surkov, head of the GS Group analytical center.
Apple's share of November sales has already fallen from 14.5% to 11%, says Eldar Murtazin, an analyst at Mobile Research Group. It will continue to decline until the shortage of devices is resolved, and if the situation continues, then people will switch to Samsung.
