The establishment on Bolshaya Dmitrovka allegedly did not have a license to sell alcohol, and illegal alcoholic products were found in the bar.

On the afternoon of November 24, the telegram channel Oper Leak reported that Morgenstern had left Russia - he was seen with his wife and a security guard when boarding the Moscow-Minsk train in Smolensk. The rapper's lawyer Sergei Zhorin told the 360 ​​TV channel that he could neither confirm nor deny the information about this.
