In Alexandrov, a local resident Yuriy Saenko was charged with organizing a public event without notification (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because of an action against QR codes. This is reported by the publication "Argument".
The protocol was drawn up because of the November 21 rally. On that day, residents of the city came out to protest against the coronavirus restrictions. The protesters recorded a video message to Vladimir Putin and prepared a letter to the deputies of the regional parliament. The next day, police officers detained Yury Sayenko and drew up a protocol. A court hearing in his case has been scheduled for December 7.
