"Voice"* organizes the site "Elections and freedom of expression of opinions" at the All -Russian Civil Forum

"Elections and freedom of expression" on the OGF
The main theme of the OGF this year will be the “Civil World” - an open conversation about the problems and their solutions that can be implemented on their own.
Within the framework of the Voice forum*, it organizes the site "Elections and freedom of expression." We chose this particular topic in 2021, because freedom of expression is the main condition for the free formation of the will of voters. Without it, the significance of all further electoral procedures is significantly reduced. We see obvious attempts to further limit the freedom of expressing opinions in Russia: the destruction of independent media, pressure on social networks, massive recognition by foreign agents.
As part of the work of the site on November 27, two panel discussions with online broadcasts will be held:
13: 00-14: 25 - discussion “Can voters freely form their will in the elections today?”;
14: 30-15: 50 - Discussion "What is the future of a public election discussion in Russia?"
Journalists, experts, human rights activists will take part in discussions:

- Nikita Popov (spokeswoman for the Communist Party faction in the Moscow City Duma);
