An important post about the basic law of our republic is about the Constitution of Karelia

I think that many people know that a working group was created in the Parliament of Karelia to bring the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation. It included deputies, representatives of the government, the public (the formation procedure was not open). The co -chairs were the chairman of the Russian Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan E. Shandalovich and the deputy head of the Republic of Kazakhstan - head of the administration of the head of the Republic of Kazakhstan T. Ignatieva.

In November 2020, a collection of proposals was announced. The Yabloko faction made a package of 30 sentences. Over the past year, two meetings of the working group took place - in February, changes were discussed in the field of state system and local self -government. The Yabloko faction made norms on the election of the heads of municipalities by popular voting and on the consolidation of regular inspections of regular inspections of local self-government for the execution of its powers and others. Our proposals during voting were blocked, as well as proposals of others, except EP, parties (who they had).

The second meeting took place this week. Amendments devoted to social guarantees, healthcare, youth affairs, and education were discussed. What threaten the results of this meeting, I will tell you in the next post.

In the meantime, I will dwell in the story about the course of events and first publish our proposals. In order to make it clear what and how is happening with a change in our basic law.
