In the meantime, we want to tell you about eco-blocking from different regions of Russia, which, by personal example, prove that you can be environmentally friendly not only in Moscow and St. Petersburg, where the infrastructure for separate gathering and a circle of like-minded people is always nearby.
Rita Tugarina leads blogs on different platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube) and talks about the environmentally friendly - in every sense of the word - lifestyle. It is not only about separate collection of garbage and alternatives to disposable objects - Rita affects topics such as self -esteem, borders, self -love. And this summer, she celebrated the ecoswalk : hemp dress, broccoli bouquet, horseradish and many other ideas for a non -current event - all this can be found in her blog:
- An environmentally friendly lifestyle is a whole philosophy, a lifestyle that brings a buzz, a good mood, a new view of the world, the constant development of yourself and the people who surround you.
If you go to the store with a string bag, but still do not sort the waste - this is normal. If you sort waste, use natural cosmetics, but you drive by car - this is normal. Everyone chooses his own path, he can be long and interesting, full of adventures, or can be short in order to quickly join eco -wave.
It all started in 2017, when biologist Dasha Bedulina decided to create a blog on Instagram and share advice on how to live more environmentally friendly. In the summer of 2018, the first meeting was held, at which the #surplus_irk action was conceived (the packages and film were not accepted in Irkutsk then at the reception points, and there were much fewer points themselves). The scale of the shares grew, and with them the number of people who were ready to help the project grew. Now the project is considered archival, but Daria and her friend continue to engage in environmental education. There are more than 9 thousand subscribers in the girls blog. Here's what they write in it:
- Only we live in an imperfect world. Yes, we all would like to reduce our mark on this planet. We dream of fully processed packaging, secondary use, goods that can be put in your container, saving resources, reducing emissions and many other things that are important for the eco -livingor.
But the reality is that sometimes we have to make concessions: use a car, fly by plane, buy products in packaging for emission, order delivery of products or household goods. And all this is not a reason to brand yourself with shame or others!
Eugene calls himself the founder of eco -culture in Omsk, regularly conducts eco -razers and lectures on environmental subjects in his hometown. And she sews bags and shoe covers for reusable use. In his blog, Evgenia writes in detail about all the useful initiatives that residents of the city can take into their own hands: from separate collection and disposal of broken thermometers to organizing the collection of batteries and lids at the entrance of a residential building. - I am 32, because I found the time when the garbage bags simply did not exist: we laid the bottom of the bucket with a newspaper and, if necessary, rinsed it after the removal. For a younger generation, this is a real breakdown of templates: how can it be without a bag?
Once I received such an perplexing question in the comments: how then this process takes place? Well. You go to your destination, shake a bucket, return home! - said Eugene.
Vegetarian recipes, tips, handmade - Oksana’s blog is filled with aesthetics in the Kinfolk style: minimalism, calm colors, a lot of nature. The girl draws inspiration in long forest walks, home comfort and creativity:
- I do not drive myself into a tough framework. I did not immediately come immediately to the North Ossetia, the rejection of disposable things and to all other rules of 5R (philosophy of “zero waste”). At first I did what is convenient and easy. Everything has its time, slowly increasing experience and strove for more.
Environmental life is not violence against oneself, it is a choice in favor of the future.
Despite the nagging at the beginning of the post, I will answer the question: "Is eco -safety so comfortable?" - Undoubtedly comfortable! As for the desire to spend money, I will prefer to buy a delicious bun and get home to weigh, think about whether I need that thing.

In the meantime, take everything for processing. And the batteries that have worked out all their cycles are also handed over, ”Sofya advises.
