There is a purposeful destruction of civil society in the Russian Federation. The black marks came on the same day on November 8: to the International “Memorial”* declared by a “foreign agent” - from the Prosecutor General’s Office, to the Human Rights Center “Memorial” - from the Moscow Prosecutor’s Office.
