On November 29, in Irkutsk, for the third time in a week, an opponent of QR codes, the chairman of the Association of Entrepreneurs, Mikhail Ozhiganov, was detained. This is reported by the publication "Sibir.Realii".
The man is charged with organizing an uncoordinated action (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) because of the recording of a video message against the introduction of QR codes. Previously, he had already been detained twice because of this video and was even fined 150,000 rubles - according to the security forces, he then organized a protest event in Usolye-Sibirskoye using video recording. Now law enforcement officers believe that the video prompted the residents of Irkutsk to go to the rally.
For the night, Ozhiganov was left in the 7th police department. On November 30, he is scheduled to have a meeting in the Kirovsky District Court of Irkutsk.
