Rostec will develop a program for predicting riots

Special software will analyze messages in the media and social networks, check the streets on "smart" cameras and other sources. If the mass riots have already begun, artificial intelligence will offer law enforcement officials options for solving the problem.

The sistema is developed as part of the project of the Emergencies Ministry "Safe City". The representative of the project Andrei Mishorni confirmed the development of the technical part, and the Ministry of Emergencies spoke about the project of the methodology of the forecast-analytical model "Mass riots". It defines the “rally”, “political conflict”, “protest potential”, “religious conflict”, “anti -police manifestations” and ways to prevent conflicts in these situations. Now the training manual is in agreement with the authorities.

According to the publication, similar work in the regions is already being carried out by the regional management centers. These are digital platforms based on artificial intelligence, which collect the requests of residents from official sites and from social networks and transfer them to the local authorities. Since 2020, the system has been introduced by the ANO "Dialog", headed by the ex-employee of the presidential administration Alexei Gororevsky.
