Primorye: ex-head of the IVS will judge for the escape of the accused

The former chief of the temporary detention center (IVS) in the city of Nakhodka will appear before the court due to the escape of the accused of committing especially serious crimes. This was reported by the press service of the prosecutor's office of the Primorsky Territory.

The prosecutor of the Nakhodka approved the indictment in the criminal case of negligence against the ex-head of the IVS.

According to the investigation, in July 2021, as a result of the suspect’s unscrupulous attitude to the service, a violation of the maintenance procedure in the insulator of the investigation from the custody was fled by a resident accused of committing especially serious crimes.

While the accused was wanted, he caused serious bodily harm during a domestic conflict.

The criminal case of the ex-head of the IVS was sent to the Nakhodkinsky city court for consideration on the merits.
