The Central District Court of Simferopol fined two members of the support group for the defendants in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case. It is reported by "Crimean solidarity".

Pakize Seytumerova was fined 7,000 rubles, and Zarema Nimetullaeva - 6,000 rubles. They were charged with an article on violation of the high alert regime (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), the cases were considered in court in 10 minutes.

On November 1, near the Crimean garrison military court in Simferopol, the police detained 19 Crimean Tatars who came to the broadcast of the meeting to consider the appeal against the verdict in the Red Guard case of Hizb ut-Tahrir. The activists and journalists stood outside the court building, wearing medical masks and maintaining social distance, but the police decided to detain them anyway.

• The defendants in the Red Guard case of Hizb ut-Tahrir were detained in Crimea as a result of searches in February 2019. Since then, until the verdict, they were in custody. On November 3, 2020, they were sentenced to 12 to 17 years in prison on charges of involvement in a terrorist organization. On November 1, 2021, the Court of Appeal upheld the sentences.

In various regions of Russia, as well as in the Crimea, alleged members of the party are being prosecuted for the activities of a terrorist organization. At the same time, members of Hizb ut-Tahrir were not seen in the preparation of attacks or terrorist attacks. The accused are sentenced to various terms only on the basis that they held meetings and read religious literature. On the territory of Ukraine, the activities of Hizb ut-Tahrir are allowed.
