In Moscow, on Pushkinskaya Square, Dmitry Bulavkin and Sergei Agarshev, who were holding pickets, were detained. They themselves reported this to OVD-Info.
Bulavkin stood with a poster "The authorities are afraid of publicity of their crimes in the future, Memorial-live!". Agarshev went to the picket with a poster “Freedom to the press and political prisoners. I am against torture and repression.”
The detainees were taken to the Tverskoy police station. They are assisted by a lawyer from OVD-Info Alexander Salamov.
17:55 Reports were drawn up against Bulavkin and Agarshev under the article on violation of the rules for holding the rally (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and released.
