On December 3, the Zyuzinsky District Court of Moscow fined rapper Eldzhey (Aleksey Uzenyuk) 100 thousand rubles under an article on drug propaganda on the Internet (part 1.1 of article 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). This is reported by Mediazona with reference to the press service of the court.
What exactly was the reason for the administrative case is not specified. In June, the League of Safe Internet turned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs with a request to check the work of Eldzhey "in connection with the frank propaganda of drugs in one of the video clips," TASS quotes the head of the organization, Ekaterina Mizulina.
“We have received a large number of requests from parent organizations who believe that the dissemination of such information on social networks can have an extremely negative impact on the health, spiritual, moral, physical and mental development of underage Internet users,” Mizulina noted.
