In the Stavropol region, after massive searches of Jehovah's Witnesses, a criminal case was opened against an 82-year-old woman

In Zheleznovodsk (Stavropol Territory) on November 26, FSB officers and Center “E” conducted searches at at least six addresses of Jehovah’s Witnesses. This was reported on the website of Jehovah's Witnesses in Russia.

A criminal case was opened against 82-year-old Zinaida Minenko, and she was given a written undertaking not to leave. Other details of the case are not specified.

Electronic devices, storage media, photographs, personal records, and bank cards were confiscated from Jehovah's Witnesses. One of the believers reported that a large amount of personal savings was also confiscated from him.

In addition, several people said that operatives planted flash drives with unknown contents, as well as books from the Federal List of Extremist Materials, in their homes.

December 15 It became known that Zinaida Minchenko has a group I visual disability. In her opinion, the security forces planted prohibited literature on her. The search also partially took place on the street near the garage. Minchenko became hypothermic and felt ill, after which she was taken to the hospital, where she was treated and returned home. This is reported by a portal covering the persecution of believers.
