A low girl in a black down jacket is curious with a curiosity, closely caught by police cars with blue flashing lights. The carriageway on both sides is cordoned off with a red-white ribbon, in front of which operators with large video cameras lined up. Directly opposite - an administrative building in three floors. It houses the administration of the Ryazan district of Moscow, the Council of Deputies of the Ryazansky municipal district and the Center for State Services "My Documents". Before the entrance, a Christmas tree with a large red star at the top shimmers festively. That's just this - not a film site, but a crime scene.

On Tuesday, December 7, at about 15.00, a man came to the center of public services on an electric bike to receive a passport. According to the preliminary version, he refused to put on a mask at the request of the administrator, after which he opened fire. At first he shot at an employee of the MFC, then at the guard - he tried to obscure the visitors. Both - the administrator and the guard - died on the spot. Then the attacker went towards the migration department, shooting at those who were in the room. He wounded four people: an employee of the Housing State Budgetary Institution, an employee of the MFC and two visitors, including a 10-year-old girl. All victims are now in hospitals in serious condition.

The media reports that the criminal was the 45-year-old former military Sergey Glazov. According to the telegram channel of Readovka, he served in the foreign intelligence service, in military unit 33949. The TASS source in law enforcement reports that the man shot "from a military weapon that was not registered in his name." Interfax interlocutor claims that we are talking about an unregistered Glock Austrian pistol. Information about the explosive devices found at the shooter appeared in telegram channels, but this information was not officially confirmed.

The arrow was detained by the senior police lieutenant Georgy Domolaev, who dealt with migration at the MFC. The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Vladimir Kolokoltsev promised to present Domolaev to the award.

“I was in the workplace, I heard the sounds of fire alarm and characteristic pops,” Domolaev recalls. - I ran out into the corridor and saw a citizen running away towards the exit from the MFC. He made it to the decision to detain him, ran after him. During the detention, this citizen resisted.

Now investigative actions are being taken at the scene, no one is allowed to the building. The police silently punish the perimeter, occasionally lowering the tape to skip “their” cars.

Next to the fence, shifting from foot to foot, is an elderly woman in a warm fur coat. Her name is Elena Sokolova, at the time of the shootout she was “in her public affairs” in the council on the second floor.

Elena asks me to call employees of the council - when she left the building, she left her phone inside.

“They told you: take it in the morning.” We cannot do anything. You only strain everyone, ”the woman answers nervously from the council and hits the phone.

In the courtyard opposite the building, residents from neighboring houses carefully discuss the incident.

“Why didn’t they check him at the entrance?” They always examine me, everywhere, backpacks are asked to open, ”a high young man in a beige jacket tells friends, and a high school student in appearance.

“Well, you are a prominent, healthy guy,” a pensioner joins the conversation in a red knitted hat who lives in a house neighboring MFC.

- My child goes to the kindergarten. They put a pensioner's grandmother for guard there. Well, what can she do? What resistance to exert an armed person? - the young mother complains in response. “This is not because of the mask,” the young mother objects. - It was not without reason that he took up the weapon. Apparently, some injustice fell on him: they brought a person, the people were brought to such a state. My sister was at the MFC at the same time yesterday, applied for a children's manual for the poor. She is denied all the time, no strength, nerves are handed over.

We are normal people, we will never go for shooting if we have weapons. But people with a broken psyche ... Probably, this man also achieved something, pensions or benefits, but of course, they will not tell us about it. They tell us: he refused to put on a mask.

Law enforcement agencies report that the arrow motives are still set up, "in the near future he will be delivered for interrogation." Earlier, the Investigative Committee for Moscow opened a criminal case on the murder of two or more persons (part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code) and the illegal turnover of weapons (Article 222 of the Criminal Code). The arrow will also be sent to a psychiatric examination.
