The Rostov Regional Court upheld a sentence of twenty hours of compulsory work to businessman Akhmad Khashmatkhalil for organizing a rally against the closure of markets in the Aksai region of the region. This is reported by the "Caucasian Knot".
Hashmathalil did not admit his guilt and indicated that he only took part in the action, which he was not the organizer of.
In October, the Aksai District Court of Rostov appointed the entrepreneur 20 hours of compulsory work. He was charged with an article on organizing an action without notification (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
