An entrepreneur from Rostov was left in force for mandatory work under the “rally” clause

The Rostov Regional Court upheld a sentence of twenty hours of compulsory work to businessman Akhmad Khashmatkhalil for organizing a rally against the closure of markets in the Aksai region of the region. This is reported by the "Caucasian Knot".

Hashmathalil did not admit his guilt and indicated that he only took part in the action, which he was not the organizer of.

In October, the Aksai District Court of Rostov appointed the entrepreneur 20 hours of compulsory work. He was charged with an article on organizing an action without notification (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

• On October 11, Akhmad Khashmatkhalil and Anzhelika Shchekina, entrepreneurs of the Rostov market, were charged with an article on violation of the rules for organizing a public event (Part 1, Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Later, the Aksai District Court of Rostov imposed a fine of 20,000 rubles on Shchekina and 20 hours of community service on her colleague.
