Journalist Yuri Dud released a new film that is dedicated to torture in Russian prisons. A video entitled "why in Russia is tortured" published on his YouTube channel "Vedud".
Wed to Yandex.Zen CR on Instagram SR in TelegramAccording to the journalist, one of the reasons for creating the film was the publication of the archive of the video in which the prisoners of Russian prisons are brutally beaten and subjected to sexual violence. We are talking about publications of the Gulagu.net project
The author of the film noted that the publication of the video did not cause "wide public resonance in Russia," since "not everyone can sympathize with those who are in prison." However, according to Dudia, torture in the country can even threaten those who "never sat in prison, have never had problems with the law."
"It turned out that in Russia you can do your own business in the afternoon, in the evening - to find yourself in the police department tied to a chair, and in the morning - to confess to a crime that you did not commit," the journalist noted.
The film lasts almost 2.5 hours. In it, the journalist promises to tell how and why people in Russia torture people and those who confront this.
