The Leninsky District Court of Cheboksary issued a warning to pensioner Vladimir Latartsev because of his participation in the CPRF motor rally on October Revolution Day on November 7. This is reported by the publication "Idel.Realii".

78-year-old Latartsev was found guilty under the article on violation of the procedure for participation in the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). “The court took into account […] the pensioner’s state of health and age, setting a punishment in the form of a warning,” lawyer Roman Raimov told Idel.Realiyam. Latartsev himself is satisfied with the court decision and will not appeal.

• On November 7, on the Day of the October Revolution, on Republic Square in Cheboksary, supporters of the Communist Party laid flowers at the monument to Lenin, and also took part in a motor rally with party symbols. According to Idel.Realii, according to the deputy of the State Council Alexander Andreev, two activists, in addition to Latartsev, drew up administrative protocols.
