In Rostov, the prosecutor's office appealed the court decision in the case of a local businessman

The prosecutor's office of the Aksai district of the Rostov region appealed the decision of the court, which found businessman Akhmad Khashmatkhalil guilty of organizing a rally because of a photo against the backdrop of a closed market. The prosecutor believes that Hashmathalil only participated in the event, but did not organize it. This is reported by Kavkaz.Realii.

On October 11, a protocol was drawn up against the businessman under the article on failure to notify about a public event (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). On October 12, the Aksai District Court of Rostov appointed him 20 hours of compulsory work. The Rostov Regional Court on December 7 approved this decision.

Hashmathalil said that entrepreneurs had gathered in the closed area of ​​the Atlant market next to their shops.

“We just took pictures and recorded a short video as a keepsake. The next day, at the entrance to the territory of the Atlant shopping complex, the police stopped me, gave me a summons to the department, where they familiarized me with the materials of the administrative case, ”he specified.

• On October 11, a report under the same article was drawn up against Anzhelika Shchekina, a colleague of Khashmathalil. The Aksai District Court of Rostov imposed a fine of 20,000 rubles on her.
