The Irkutsk Garrison Military Court sentenced serviceman Ramzan Albakov to two years probation for writing “Ingushetia” on the backs of conscripts. This was reported in the 2nd Eastern District Military Court.
According to the press release, Albakov wrote shaving foam on the conscripts’ backs, threatening “physical harm”, took a photo in front of them and posted the photo on the Internet.
He was found guilty of hazing (clause “b” of part 2 of Article 335 of the Criminal Code) and inciting hatred on the Internet (clause “a” of part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code), clarified in court. Tayge.info
