The jury of the Sovetsky District Court of Makhachkala acquitted a 21-year-old law firm employee who stabbed his boss to death because of harassment. This was reported by the press service of the court.

In August 2020, the young man got a job at a city law firm. “Soon the owner of the organization invited the new employee to visit him, where he began to physically harass him, trying to persuade him to commit sodomy,” the report says.

A fight ensued, and the accused struck the boss several times with a knife found in the kitchen. The victim died on the spot. Before leaving the murder scene, the young man took the boss's phone. The next day, the Dagestani man turned himself in to the police and confessed. He was charged with murder (Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code) and theft (point “c” of Part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code).

We noticed that last week, on December 1, the jury in the same court acquitted a Dagestani woman who beat to death her brother-in-law who was molesting her with a hammer.
