The Babushkinsky District Court of Moscow fined the coordinator of the “Voice” movement in the Moscow region, Inna Karezina, 10 thousand rubles under the law on “foreign agents.” The decision was published on the court's website.
Karezina was fined due to the lack of markings indicating that she is a “foreign agent” (Part 1 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). In court, Karezina did not agree with the protocol and said that she did not put the mark unintentionally and “out of forgetfulness.” She noted that there was no damage from her actions, and she corrected the publication.
On September 29, the Ministry of Justice recognized Karezina as a “foreign agent” along with 21 other people, including other members of the “Voice” movement. The movement itself was added to the register in August.
