In Moscow, Maxim Alekseyuk was detained on Red Square, who conducted a single picket in defense of constitutional rights, against torture and QR codes. This was reported by the OTD-Info by his wife.
Alekseyuk was delivered to the China-Gorod police department. What offense is charged with him is unknown.
