UEFA held a re-draw for the 1\/8 finals of the Champions League. PSG will face Real Madrid and Manchester United will face Atlético Madrid.

In Nyon, Switzerland, the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) due to a technical error held a second draw for the playoffs of the Champions League. The first ceremony took place at 14:00 Moscow time, the second one at 17:00.

According to the results of the first draw, the French "Paris Saint-Germain" could play with the English club "Manchester United" in the 1/8 finals of the Champions League. Thus, PSG footballer Lionel Messi would have met on the field with Cristiano Ronaldo from Manchester United.

However, during the first draw in a pair for Villarreal, Manchester United were first pulled out. The teams met in the group and cannot play in the 1/8 finals again. After an error, the ball with Manchester United was not placed in the correct basket.

The first games will take place on 15-16 and 22-23 February, the return legs will be held on 8-9 and 15-16 March.

The final match of the tournament will take place on May 28 in St. Petersburg, in connection with this, the former football player of Zenit and the Russian national team Andrey Arshavin took part in the draw.
