In St. Petersburg, the court dismissed the cases of three participants in laying flowers at the monument to Komsomol members

The Kirovsky District Court of St. Petersburg dismissed the cases of Anna Semochkina, Nikolai Koltakov and Yegor Mikhailov, members of the Lenin Komsomol movement, who laid flowers at the monument to the Heroic Komsomol. This was announced by a lawyer from OVD-Info, Yevgeny Kheyfets, who defended Semochkina.

The court concluded that there was no corpus delicti in the actions of the activists, because the police did not demand to stop the meeting. Before that, they reclassified the initially imputed article on violation of the rules for organizing the action (part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) to a lighter one - on violation of the rules for participating in the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

Members of the "Leninsky Komsomol" were detained on October 29, when they laid flowers at the monument in honor of Komsomol Day. In total, eight people were detained.
