In the history of the Golden Judge Khakhaleva, it is important not the initiation of fraud against her, but the fact that she was allowed to leave the borders of the Russian Federation

In less than five years, a scandalous wedding of the daughter of Judge Elena Khakhaleva in July 2017, as the Higher Qualification Collegium of Judges of the Russian Federation, respected Alexander Bastrykin to initiate criminal proceedings on the grounds of part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code: Fraud on an especially large scale. Only a year and a half has passed since the deprivation of her status of the judge in July 2020, and the texture in the case of depriving the status and in the criminal case is the same: absenteeism allegedly committed by the judge in 2016–2019. In the amount of 127 days for which she assigned wages “and other payments” in the amount of 1.2 million rubles.

It seems good to someone 9.5 thousand a day (this is the result of division), but against the background of that wedding, the scope of which the Council of Judges of the Krasnodar Territory estimated at 4.5 million rubles, and experts even more, it is somehow not serious. Like the “absenteeism” themselves: of course, the chairman of this court, of course, was informed about the business trips of the deputy chairman of the regional court (she then held such a position), and Khakhalev would probably have been able to prove this in a normal court for the labor dispute. The composition of the crime also looks strained: usually such a appropriation is qualified as abuse of authority, or even a civilian tort.

Not a word is said about corruption in the judicial community of the Krasnodar Territory.

And, probably, this time it will not be said: on the eve of the fateful decision for her, the Khakhaleva VKKS was allowed to fly to Yerevan. So “according to the FSB information”, which did not prevent departure: she is not Navalny to take her off the ladder. Consequently, the FSB, who was friends with the judges, was sure that the original documents of the passenger were not lucky, and probably she gave some assurances that she would not spread them either.

So the war of Judge Khakhaleva ended with the leadership of the judicial community, which we know in general terms. I know for sure that immediately after the scandal with the wedding and an anecdotal diploma of the lawyer, allegedly issued to her at the University of Tbilisi, the leadership of the community invited her to resign in a good way, but she did not heed, showed some kind of trump cards from her sleeve;

And in order to cope with her and clean everything, and it took the first three years before the deprivation of her status “for absenteeism”.

The name of the “Golden Judge” Khakhaleva became the same meme as the “Basmanny Court”, to the same extent inevitably as in which and by chance. Inevitable, because the money leaves their traces and they give up their own and they give up: after all, someone took photos at a wedding on which strangers were not called, and, apparently, stimulated their publication at once in many media outlets.

However, Khakhalev’s celebrity turned out to be by chance, because in her place there could be some other deputy chairman of the court, and such scandals with the participation of judges are known, although it was the Krasnodar Territory that is not accidental here.

In contrast to the privatization of industry in the central and northern regions, in the Krasnodar Territory, “golden” land plots - both agricultural purposes and on the resort coast, were privatized with some late. The property on them during this war with murders (as in Kushchevka) was most often fixed by court decisions. There are cases when the courts first allowed the construction of apartment buildings in the coastal strip of Gelendzhik, Anapa or Sochi, and subsequently, when the apartments in these houses were sold out (often visitors from the Severov), the decisions were reviewed, and deceived people remained with their nose. And someone’s houses, on the contrary, are standing, and, according to local activists, it was this illegal, but legalized court decisions that the coasts caused flooding that fell on Anapa and other coastal cities and towns in recent years.

The deceived, united in groups, have cards of such buildings, there are also schemes of red -wounded agricultural vehicles. It is not so difficult to bind court decisions to the fate of property, but in order to analyze them, you need a large and, most importantly, official, with full access to them, work, because thousands of or even tens of thousands of such decisions were made.

And only Khakhalev, as the local legend says, knew how to keep it all in her head.

Or maybe not Khakhalev, or not only she knows about it, perhaps Krasnodar folklore appropriated this venerable status to her. But there was definitely something to bargain for her, otherwise her story would not stretch for four years, and now she would not have been “in Yerevan” or the devil knows where, but would have served half the term in the colony.
