The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow fined two activists 10,000 rubles for picketing on Pushkin Square on different days. This is reported by their defenders.
The court found Sergei Nerobeev and Dmitry Bulankin guilty under the article on violation of the rules for holding the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Their interests were represented by lawyers from OVD-Info, Alexander Salamov and Sergey Telnov, respectively.
Nerobeev was detained on November 27 because of a picket against the irremovability of power. On November 6, Bulankin joined the pickets in support of political prisoners. He was detained along with eight other activists.
