On December 17, the Moscow City Court left unchanged the arrest of Asker Heydarov, an authorized representative of the State Duma deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Valery Rashkin in the last elections. Olga Karlova, a lawyer from OVD-Info, reports this.
On September 17, Heydarov was detained at a polling station, where he was checking the work of the commission. Later that same day, he was placed under arrest for three days under the article of disobedience to the police (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code). The trial took place in the Preobrazhensky District Court.
