The capital's state labor inspectorate came to the conclusion that the actor Yevgeny Kulesh, who died in the fall during an opera at the Bolshoi Theater, was drunk. This was told to RIA Novosti by the lawyer of the mother of the deceased artist Andrei Aleshkin.
“The State Labor Inspectorate of the city of Moscow found that the incident occurred at work, but moderate alcohol intoxication was also established. But no one noticed. The commission noted that in connection with this, it recognizes the deceased as guilty, ”the agency quoted him as saying.
Aleshkin noted that the defense still had questions about the conclusions of the commission. For example, Kulesh did not leave the theater and it is not clear "how and where he managed to get drunk to such a state." The defender explained that moderate intoxication is characterized, among other things, by "impaired coordination of movements, an unsteady, unsteady gait." Aleshkin intends to appeal the conclusions of the commission through the courts.
Kulesh died in October during the opera Sadko. According to some media reports, the artist did not notice how the ramp was lowered from above - he hesitated when changing the scenery. Others reported that he was crushed by the decoration itself.
