The frames show how a man in the form of an employee of the FSIN in the cell talks with two prisoners. The founder of the project Vladimir Osechkin claims that they are the so -called “developers” - those who usually knock out confessions from their places of imprisonment. According to the human rights activist, the alleged employee gives instructions on how they will need to behave with the suspect, who will be guided into the camera after a while. There is no sound in the video.

Then the FSIN employee goes out and about thirty minutes later a young man with things enters the camera. The developers on the video begin to grab a man by the hands and try to push him to the toilet. “In order to put on rape and wave his head in the toilet,” Osochkin believes.

The developers are not able to push the man into the toilet right away, and then they begin to beat their victim. Next, it is dragged to the bed and beatings, suggests Osechkin, continue. However, the camera no longer fixes what is happening: men are not visible due to covered mattresses.

In a conversation with the New Gazeta, Vladimir Osechkin clarified that the frames captured the correctional colony No. 17 of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
