The court in Moscow fined 10 thousand rubles of photographer Georgy Maltz, who worked on September 20 at a meeting of the Communist Party deputies with disagreements with the results of the elections. He himself reported this on Twitter.
“Novaya Gazeta” he specified that the decision was made by the Nagatinsky District Court. Maltz found guilty under an article on violation of the rules of public events (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
