
The Vologda Regional Court returned the investigation a criminal case against the sister of the Governor of the Murmansk Region Andrei Chibis Tatyana Kretova, who was accused of fraud and forgery of documents (Article 327 of Part 2; Article 159 of Part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). This follows from the case card published on the court website.
The court returned the case of Kretovova, considering that the indictment was drawn up with violations.

Tatyana Kretova - Director of ANO "Institute for the Development of Regions", which developed a territorial scheme for waste management in the Vologda region. The investigation accused Kretov that the director of the company, the director of the company, submitted fake documents for the development of a territorial scheme that 12 employees work with the necessary qualifications, although there were no employees. This allowed Kretovova to win the competition and receive money for a contract from the budget of the Vologda region.
Investigators believe that in the end, fake was created in terms of accumulation of garbage, on the basis of which a tariff for the export of MSW was set. 11.9 million rubles were spent from the budget for the project. In 2020, the Department of Tariff Regulation of the Vologda Region, with which a contract was signed, tried to recover from the company Kretovka a penalty of 614 thousand rubles, but the court refused to claim.
According to the media , Kretov is the sister of the governor of the Murmansk region Andrei Chibis.
ANO "Institute for the Development of Regions" is located in Moscow. According to open data, the company entered into contracts from the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Sakhalin Region, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, and the Housing and Public Utilities Department of the Yaroslavl Region.
