Vologda: The court returned the case of the sister of the governor of the Murmansk region

The Vologda Regional Court returned the investigation a criminal case against the sister of the Governor of the Murmansk Region Andrei Chibis Tatyana Kretova, who was accused of fraud and forgery of documents (Article 327 of Part 2; Article 159 of Part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The court returned the case of Kretovova, considering that the indictment was drawn up with violations.

ANO "Institute for the Development of Regions" is located in Moscow. According to open data, the company entered into contracts from the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Sakhalin Region, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, and the Housing and Public Utilities Department of the Yaroslavl Region.
