"Freedom to Yuri Dmitriev!"

On the fifteenth of December 2021, the third trial in Petrozavodsk ended in the case of historian Yuri Dmitriev, which began in October 2020. Episodes with photographs and storage of weapons were considered (Article 135; Article 135, part 3; Article 222, part 1; Article 242.2, part 2, paragraph in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), by which the historian was already justified by the same court in 2018 and 2020. Within the framework of the judicial debate, the prosecutor’s speeches, requesting 15 years in prison, lawyers and Dmitriev himself. Yuri Alekseevich made the last word, and Judge Ekaterina Khomyakova retired to think about the verdict. She will voice her decision on December 27 at 11:00. The other day it became known that the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation finally rejected the cassation complaints of Yu. A. Dmitriev and his lawyer V. M. Anufriev, leaving them without consideration. It is noteworthy that the processes over the “memorial”* also, apparently, will end on New Year's Eve. We are waiting for the New Year's "gifts".

Authoritarian authorities strive to take away all public institutions and especially institutions in charge of public historical memory.

The farther, the more distinct it becomes noticeable that the spiritual, and maybe literal descendants and heirs of the executioners and scammers of the Stalinist past, came to power in the country. They do not need the memory that is not controlled by them at all.

I always said and say that the “Memorial”* For me, these are primarily people. These are people usually of the highest moral and intellectual sample.

One of these people is Yuri Dmitriev, a ascetic, a consistent and tireless restorer of the names of people tortured, dead, buried, devoid of names doomed to oblivion by criminal power.

The authorities do not forgive this. She is sure that not only to bury, but also to dig, not only to kill, but also to resurrect is her exclusive right.

For how many years this power, its courts and its prosecutors have been holding locked up this valiant and unbending person, hanging the most vile accusations on him, which are possible.

They are few of those fantastic implausible terms of imprisonment, they require, as they say, “continuing the banquet”. They need a guarantee that Yuri Dmitriev will never go free to free rein.

Many people sympathize with him. Many people, to the best of strength and capabilities, try to somehow influence his fate. Many people demand the liberation of an innocent person, one of the most worthy citizens of the country.

I am also among these people. Freedom to Yuri Dmitriev.

Hello. I want to say two words in support of Yuri Alekseevich Dmitriev. Although I feel that the word, another, third, thousands of words can be changed in this situation, but I, nevertheless, want to turn to a narrow audience. I want to turn to those people who ordered this business who hold Yuri Alekseevich in prison, who believe that it is right, who believe that this is for them to benefit and in their right to perform this unkind thing.

I want to contact these people.

You see, we are temporarily on this earth. We live on it while we are alive. And then we are not - we are dying. We are dying, lying in the earth, and people like Yuri Alekseevich help all the living former remain on this earth. Live in memory, live in texts, live in artifacts and so on. That is, you must understand, gentlemen, that you are struggling with memory, you are fighting what is the very essence of the living. After all, the living, it is essentially very simple. This is variability, heredity and selection.

You want to destroy variability. You want to ban alternative opinions. You want unanimity in the country, so that everyone, like in the barracks, to think and express their thoughts on orders.

You want to destroy heredity, you want to destroy historical memory. That is, you knock out the second member from this triad necessary for life.

And finally, you want to destroy the selection, because you are putting such wonderful people like Yuri Alekseevich, keep in prisons or kill.

You see, you are opponents of life in our country. No need to do this. Do not fight with life, do not fight with the living, do not fight with memory. Do not fight with a separate opinion, do not fight with an individual, this will all end very badly - for you, for us, for everyone, for the country. Try to think a little wider, be less narrow, less vengeful, less practical in a sense. Do not live in your myths, live in reality, then everything will be different in our country, everything will be different with you, and everything will be different with such righteous, clever men and beautiful people, like Yuri Alekseevich Dmitriev.

For us, parents of the students of the film school, who trusted Yuri Dmitriev for several years, because they invariably went to Solovetsky excavations with him in the summer, his accusation of pedophilia sounds not just an absurdity, but a direct insult. That is, it turns out that we trusted our children with a pedophile, who, however, has never shown himself anything. On the contrary, the children, returning from there, said that they did not see a more clean person. They were also amazed by the Dmitrievskaya willingness to restore other people's destinies and the return of names, and of course, the discipline that reigned there. My son, for example, having learned that Dmitriev was arrested, immediately said: “Well, Dmitriev will show them!”, Beling in mind those, we will call them law enforcement officers who are trying to shit him into prison.

Dmitriev may seem-and it seems-an unusual person, because spending so many years of life and so many own means on exposing the crimes of the regime, not very, in general, a healthy person, probably, probably, a healthy person would have spent them on his personal life. But Dmitriev had never given a reason to suspect himself at least in some kind of dirt. This is the dirty consciousness of GB, the dirty consciousness of the scum, which are trying to cover the clean person with the most shameful, most disgusting charge, having no resolutely arguments for this.

The most important thing, of course, is the people that they use to propagate their point of view. See who defends Dmitriev’s accusation in networks. These are either graphomaniacs or people themselves with an extremely dirty biography, or people who are bought - bought in the bud, and clearly, and brazenly, and of course, this is a spit in the face of society.

I know Dmitrieva personally, I flew to him in Petrozavodsk. I must say that he is a person extremely ruffled and completely uncontrollable, and that is why it is important for them to break it. And that is why nothing will work out. So I turn to him: “Yura, Hottabych, as our children call you, because the beard is famous, a symbol of formidability and wisdom, it was mentioned in all the stories - Yura, of course, all this will be scattered like smoke, but now I understand how difficult it is. Just know: no one of those who know you will never believe, never, simply because-there is something good name and honor.

And those who are now preparing all this for Dmitriev, I can only promise hell. True, they are not afraid of hell, but in a sense are already in it, but understand, just understand everyone who has not yet decided: allowing you to do all this with Dmitriev for five years-to make accusations, to move the accusations, then invent this idiocy with the storage of weapons, then the photos of the daughter, not shown to anyone, to interpret it as the spread of pornography, do it all this, you cut all this, you chop all this. A bit, your own, not ours! This must be remembered.

Well, Dmitriev, of course, is courage and freedom.

I don’t remember when it was definitely-maybe in the late 1980s, maybe already in the early 1990s-when my mother literally in a whisper told me: “Andrey, you know, but your grandfather, my dad, was repressed.”

Fortunately, Andrei Semenovich Kharchenko, my grandfather, left the camp quickly enough: he was released in Komsomolsk-on-Amur according to the "Berievsky" amnesty, and he survived. By the time my mother told me about this, my grandfather died a long time ago, and I myself was born twenty-five years after all these repressions. Nevertheless, in my family, in the family of my parents, it was not customary to talk about it. Why? Yes, because there was fear! The most natural fear. They did not talk about it. This fear was sown by Soviet power.

And today, when these endless processes go over Yuri Alekseevich Dmitriev, when they try to close and probably close the “memorial”*, the authorities again try to settle fear in us. But this fear is not an ultimate goal - the ultimate goal is that Russians should not have self -esteem. Because it is precisely on self -esteem that personal responsibility, respect for oneself, his family, responsibility to the country and respect for their own country are based, and this is completely not necessary for the authorities.

That is why they are trying to sow fear in us again. Will these our words help, will these our appeals help? I am far from sure about it. But you can’t be silent, because when we are silent, the flywheel of repression turns faster, faster and faster - therefore we need to say, so I say.

Freedom to Yuri Dmitriev! Hands off the "memorial"*! Freedom to Alexei Navalny! Freedom to all political prisoners!

Sometimes it seems to me that all of us are simply checked for strength. Check for the strength of our feelings, heart, our ability to sympathy, to empathize.

As a matter of fact, we are all endowed with imagination and are quite ready, we are quite capable of imagining what did not happen to us. We were not thrown into the cold "funnels". They were not taken out of a warm house, from a warm family house was not taken out in the frost, dressed in anything, sometimes with a small node or a suitcase. People remained in the warm house. People close to our hearts, because you see - I quietly go to this register, as if this was happening to me. Exactly this is able to make an imagination - to make me imagine how it could be with me.

I was taken out of a warm house, threw me into a cold funnel, exhausted with hourly incredible interrogations, did not turn off the light, forced to stand all day, not only a day. They forced to sign the papers, because there is no strength, there is no physical strength to endure what happened, really happened to people. And it brought to the very last point - to the very last point, which was placed by the bullet in the back of the head. Or in the heart. Or on the forehead.

But what is happening to us now - all this, in fact, is the destiny of our imagination, our memory, our ability to read documents. Archival documents, an infinite number of evidence printed in books published books. But today even more terrible things happen to us. We could go that way to the last point, to the last bullet. But we, even worse, make us witnesses. Witnesses of the murder of a person.

I am absolutely convinced that Yuri Alekseevich Dmitriev is innocent. I have no doubt for this for a second. Well, maybe I am also trusted to my own intuition-not only because they have already justified it several times, then they called it again, then they showed something again, then turned everything upside down. All these endless processes, all these five years of human torture.

We are forced to witness this. Witnesses of how they kill a person. How to first try to slander it. Then five years have been looking for evidence of his non -existent guilt. Factory these evidence. Cross out the obvious.

I do not want to be a witness. I do not want to be a witness to the murder of a person. But they force me. They force me.

Honestly, I did not hear about Yuri Dmitriev until the moment that, in fact, all this hype began around him when the accusation of pedophilia was made, and the devil knows what else.

In general, recently, in the post -Soviet space, the charges of pedophilia have turned into such a new version of drug tossing. You know, earlier, in the zero years, they threw drugs so that one could get a person far and for a long time. This practice has not disappeared anywhere, but everyone already knows that if a person has drugs, then with a probability of 89 or 90 percent, this is a setup of our law enforcement agencies. I’m talking about everything, probably, the post -Soviet republics - about Russia and about Kazakhstan, to a huge extent, unfortunately, about Ukraine, about Belarus in general in the last current conditions, there is no need to talk.

But as soon as you plunge deeper into the activities of Yuri Alekseevich Dmitriev, you understand that the matter here, to put it mildly, is unclean. Knowing what he was doing, and for those who do not know, I will explain - he was engaged in excavations of the Sandarmokh tract in Karelia, where the victims of great terror were buried. A lot of victims of the large terror of 1937-1938 were buried there, there are a lot of figures of Ukrainian culture, Ukrainian intelligentsia. The famous director Les Kurbas, figures of the time of the Government of the UPR, all the so -called “shooting revival” were shot there - it was a great extent shot there, in Sandarmokh. But in Russia now there is such a phenomenon as a Chekist revenge, when again everything that the state did, especially when this state itself was the most bloodthirsty and ferocious, is declared a matter of state importance that the state is always right, that even terror, even violence have the right to be challenged. The state is the right to a priori, it cannot be wrong. That is, maybe it was wrong, but still it was right. As they say now - "ambiguously." "The Stalinist terror is an ambiguous phenomenon."

This is such a process that did not begin today, the Khrushchev’s “thaw” was also turned off, when, after the publication of “one day of Ivan Denisovich”, 7-8 years later, they began to say again that “everything was not so unambiguous that there were really many enemies, that there was nothing to denigrate our glorious past,” and, as always, their beloved excuses-you are undermining the feat of veterans, thereby undermining. вклад наших деятелей, нашего прошлого в победу в Великой отечественной войне» — в общем, как всегда, происходит вот такая ужасная подмена, когда народу специально вдалбливается в голову, что без террора не было бы и победы. Поэтому Юрий Алексеевич Дмитриев занимался делом благородным, он возвращал имена, невинно оболганные и очерненные имена, их потомкам, людям, которые, может быть, даже не знали о своих предках. Я, например, о своих предках, по счастью, знаю. У нас в Казахстане принято считать, что ты не знаешь свою семью, если ты не знаешь семь колен. Я не знаю все семь колен по всем своим линиям, но я знаю хотя бы про пять своих колен, и знаю, что часть моих предков мне остались неизвестны, потому что они вливались в белые армии, мой дедушка и мой прадедушка вынуждены были сбежать из своего аула в Павлодарской области, спасаясь от Голодомора.

То есть историю из народной памяти никогда не вытравить. А сейчас ее пытаются вытравить из народной памяти, в том числе вот так подло, мерзко обвиняя в педофилии человека, который мог бы стать символом разоблачения преступного режима. Сталинский режим был преступным. Преступный режим — это не просто красивый словооборот. Преступный режим — это режим, нарушающий собственные законы. Печально известную «сталинскую» конституцию 1936 года. Даже ее, пускай это была филькина грамота, существующая только на бумаге и не имеющая никакого отношения к действительности, даже ее умудрялись нарушать. Даже свои собственные законы они умудрялись нарушать. Поэтому надо прекрасно понимать, простите за банальность, правило Римского права — ищи, кому выгодно, так вот — выгодно чекистам. Выгодно тем, кто сегодня снова пытается увеличить карательные органы, доказать, что те, кто против, это агенты ЦРУ, это подрывники, пятая колонна и так далее. Не буду подбрасывать вам термины, хотите хлебнуть этого дерьма — смотрите российское федеральное телевидение, политические ток-шоу («крик-шоу»).

Печально, но я не вижу, чтобы эта ситуация изменилась к лучшему. Мы можем, мы должны говорить, что это не суд, это судилище над Юрием Дмитриевым, но, к сожалению (не боюсь показаться пессимистом, я скорее реалист), к положительному эффекту вряд ли это приведет. Я очень хочу ошибиться в этом плане, но, к сожалению, как мне кажется, тенденции очень нехорошие, они идут по наклонной, и если еще лет пять, даже года два назад у многих было ощущение, что время скоро изменится, то события последнего года заставили думать, что дел, подобных делу Юрия Дмитриева, в будущем может стать только больше.

Как противостоять этому? Надо хотя бы пытаться не изменить самому себе. Если ты видишь, что творится, хотя бы просто скажи, чтобы тебе, подойдя к зеркалу, не хотелось в него плюнуть спустя какое-то время. Поэтому я выражаю поддержку Юрию Алексеевичу Дмитриеву, всем, кто неравнодушен, всем, кто борется, и всем нам я желаю в наше время, достаточно непростое, а в чем оно непростое — весь мир переживает непростые времена, не только Россия, не только Казахстан, не только постсоветское пространство.

Что бы я хотел сказать судьям? Знаете, мне нечего им сказать. Я примерно понимаю, чем всё это закончится. Юрию Алексеевичу я хочу пожелать сил. Просто чтобы он дожил до тех времен, когда мы будем считать его героем. Живым героем, вернувшимся к нам.

Политика постправды, эпоха постправды, в которую мы живем, она тем и страшна, что человека можно запятнать и запачкать просто в одно мгновение. Уровень дискуссии не только на постсоветском пространстве, но и во всем мире стремительно снижается. Поляризация достигла такого масштаба, что люди по любому поводу готовы наброситься друг на друга. И ужас в том, что многие с этим мирятся. Да, честно признаюсь, я тоже бросаюсь на людей с противоположной точкой зрения, я тоже бываю агрессивен, недели не прошло, как я вылез из очередного бана в «Фейсбуке», потому что действительно на некоторые вопросы я отвечаю довольно резко, у меня есть своя система координат, но все-таки как-то надо нам всем держаться какого-то нравственного компаса внутри себя.

Нельзя людей предавать, нельзя людей подставлять, не надо быть подлым. Сохранять в себе внутреннюю порядочность, как бы тяжело это ни было в наше время. Я хочу пожелать это всем. А Юрию Алексеевичу в очередной раз хочу пожелать сил, скорейшего освобождения. А судьи что — ну пусть это останется на их совести. Когда-нибудь, в отличие от тридцатых, сороковых, пятидесятых годов, то, что они творят, уже невозможно будет скрыть, и как-то им с их потомками придется объясняться. Поэтому всем нам силы и мудрости пережить этот непростой период на крутых поворотах истории.

Hello everyone, friends. Я начинаю этот эфир в рамках марафона в поддержку Юрия Дмитриева, историка и политузника, который сейчас находится за решеткой. Сегодня исполняется ровно пять лет с тех пор, как Юрия Дмитриева, который открыл несколько мест захоронения жертв сталинских репрессий, политических репрессий; человек, который защищал историю, отправили в тот же круг ада, по которому когда-то шли те люди, останки которых он нашел в Красном бору, в Сандармохе и в других точках массовых захоронений.

Сегодня исполняется не только 5 лет со дня ареста Юрия Дмитриева. Сейчас, ровно в эти минуты, идет очередное судилище в Петрозаводске. Очень многие люди в том числе из Москвы, из Санкт-Петербурга, и мои коллеги-литераторы, находятся там в коридорах и на улице. В зал суда их не пускают, как обычно, процесс закрытый, и ожидают, чем закончится дело. Сегодня выступает защита, а прокуратура запросила Юрию Дмитриеву 15 лет за решёткой. Чудовищный срок.

Историку сейчас 65 лет. Из этих 65 лет 5 лет, за исключением 5 месяцев, которые он провел дома под подпиской о невыезде, он проводит за решеткой. Невинно совершенно. Человек очень стойкий, сильный. Он несмотря на эти холмы, валы, гейзеры клеветы, несмотря на то, как пытаются испачкать его доброе имя, его достоинство, несмотря на всё это, сохраняет силу духа. С ним можно переписываться, ему можно писать, и я призываю всех неравнодушных это делать, потому что, когда ты находишься в изоляции, очень важно чувствовать эмоциональную поддержку и понимать, что есть огромное количество людей, которые не верят в клевету и в ложь.

И в связи с этими событиями, в знак моей поддержки Юрия Дмитриева, мне хотелось бы вспомнить стихотворения некоторых русских поэтов, которые посвящали свои строки невинно арестованным, невинно расстрелянным, людям, которые пошли по этапу в 30-е, в 40-е, в 50-е, и, как мы видим, к сожалению, продолжают идти и сейчас. То есть черное дело Сталина, которого разоблачает Юрий Алексеевич Дмитриев, не закончено, и Сталин в своих новых реинкарнациях продолжает перемалывать жизни и судьбы и лишать Россию самых лучших своих граждан — в лице, в частности, Юрия Дмитриева.

Я прочитаю стихотворение малоизвестной поэтессы Анны Барковой. Оно как раз посвящено доносчикам, анонимщикам, тем самым людям, по наветам которых многие лишились семей, кто-то лишился жизни, кто-то — свободы, кто-то — возможности работать — точно так же, как сейчас Юрий Алексеевич Дмитриев, лишенный возможности продолжать свои раскопки, свои исследования, печатать свои труды, свои статьи, а самое главное — лишенный возможности обнять свою дочку, которую он взял когда-то из детдома точно так же, как и его самого когда-то взяли из детдома.

Стихотворение называется «Благополучие раба».

И вот благополучие раба:
Каморочка для пасквильных писаний.
Три человека в ней. Свистит труба
Метельным астматическим дыханьем.

Чего ждет раб? Пропало всё давно,
И мысль его ложится проституткой
В казенную постель. Всё, всё равно.
Но иногда становится так жутко…

И любит человек с двойной душой,
И ждет в свою каморку человека,
В рабочую каморку. Стол большой,
Дверь на крючке, замок-полукалека…

И каждый шаг постыдный так тяжел,
И гнусность в сердце углубляет корни.
Пережила я много всяких зол,
Но это зло всех злее и позорней.

Я думаю, что все те, кто сейчас осуществляет слежку за безвинными людьми, пишет на них доносы, сотрудничает со спецслужбами для того, чтобы фальсифицировать политические (и не только) уголовные дела — все они, наверное, чувствуют этот укол совести порой, даже тогда, когда кажется, что совести давно нет. И всё это по-своему рабы — и сотрудники центра «Э», и многие другие жалкие душонки. Их можно было бы пожалеть, если бы их руками, их нечистыми ртами не ломалась правда, не оскорблялось бы правдивое слово, не оскорблялась бы история.

Ну и я, наверное, прочту еще одно известное стихотворение — Булата Окуджавы, которое сейчас как нельзя актуально.

Давайте придумаем деспота,
Чтоб в душах царил он один
От возраста самого детского
И до благородных седин.

Усы ему вырастим пышные
И хищные вставим глаза,
Сапожки натянем неслышные,
И проголосуем все — за.

Давайте придумаем деспота,
Придумаем, как захотим.
Потом будет спрашивать не с кого,
Коль вместе его создадим.

И пусть он над нами куражится
И пальцем грозится из тьмы,
Пока наконец не окажется,
Что сами им созданы мы.

Где начинается деспот, где кончаемся мы, и наоборот — это большой вопрос, над которым каждый из нас мог бы задуматься, а пока хотелось бы еще раз пожелать сил, энергии и веры в хороший, светлый исход Юрию Алексеевичу Дмитриеву, спасителю памяти о сталинских репрессиях, открывателю мест массовых репрессий в Карелии, человеку, который пытается спасти то, что сейчас заметается под ковер, замалчивается, правду о тех сотнях, тысячах безвинно пристреленных и расстрелянных, которыми он занимался много лет, еще с 90-х годов. Напомню, что в 1997-м году он и его коллеги открыли место массовых захоронений в урочище Сандармох, где были за несколько ночей убиты почти 10 тысяч человек. Сейчас на официальном уровне эта правда всячески скрывается и, несомненно, именно с этой деятельностью Юрия Дмитриева был связан его арест в декабре 2016-го года, 5 лет назад, и то грязное «порнографическое» дело, которое тянется до сих пор дело, которое невозможно доказать, потому что это придумано и сляпано из палок, дело, по которому Дмитриев был оправдан дважды и снова Верховным судом Карелии загнан за решетку.

Несмотря ни на что, мы будем верить, что прокуроры, которые запрашивают 15 лет пожилому честному человеку, заботившемуся о своей приемной дочери, о своих родных детях, а самое главное — пытавшемся восстановить какие-то лакуны и отсутствующие паззлы истории, что этот человек будет на свободе, а те, кто просит для него, по сути, смерти, падут и проиграют. Поэтому, несмотря на темень, мы все равно верим в свет, мы всё равно посылаем Юрию Дмитриеву наше солидарное слово. И также хочется сказать спасибо всем тем, кто, несмотря на эти метели и морозы, нашел в себе силы отправиться в Петрозаводск и, по хорошей традиции, поддерживать Юрия Алексеевича за стенами Петрозаводского суда.
