The Central District Court of Omsk fined Communist Party member Ivan Kislitsyn two thousand rubles because of the National Bolshevik Party flag on his VKontakte page (Article 20.3 of the Administrative Code). to the decision of November 30 Party representatives drew attention .
The decision does not say how or when the flag was placed. The communists clarified that the NBP flag was in the video from the Civil Defense concert with the song “And the battle continues again,” which Kislitsyn posted on his old VKontakte page in 2012.
Kislitsyn was also charged with two reposts of materials from the unregistered National Bolsheviks party “The Other Russia E.V. Limonov" because of the displayed group avatar with a lemon grenade crossed by lightning. The police considered that it was “confusingly similar” to the logo of the Limonka newspaper published by the NBP. At the same time, there was no lightning on the Limonka logo.
In 2007, the court recognized the National Bolshevik Party, one of the founders of which was the leader of Civil Defense Yegor Letov, as an extremist organization. Because of the logo of “The Other Russia E.V. Limonov,” which the courts called similar to the symbols of the NBP, activists were persecuted in Yekaterinburg in October.
The decision under Article 20.3 of the Administrative Code that has entered into force also prohibits a person from participating in elections for a year.
