In the evening, December 14, Osechkin wrote in social networks : “Historical day, admit. Now you can exhale. Our another informant and the new 200 GB of the FSIN/FSB archive from Krasnoyarsk (2016–2019), Trans -Baikalia and Primorsky Territory flies. ” And he screened out a picture with Flightradar with a flight flying to Europe from Sheremetyev, with an airplane that only gaining height. Many at that moment did not understand this courage - you never know the planes and planted forcibly, but, apparently, there was a military trick that distracting the maneuver.

Osechkin still does not tell about the evacuation of informants (and this was not one person), but from what he says , it is clear: it was a “detective”;

“10 people took part in the operation to export the new video archive torture”; “The hard drive was received by mail”; Evacuated two FSIN employees, and the last source left Russia on the 14th.

Meanwhile, according to some reports, the 14th he did not fly away, it turned out only the next day or the 16th. There are also evidence (Osechkin confirms them) that his informants began to look for the FSB back in October, and one of these two, who had access to secret files, was calculated at the last moment, he received SMS grossing.

It makes sense to discuss all these mysterious circumstances (or simply absurdities and stupidity) only in order to firmly find out: is it not organized by insider. The prison department, of course, is not a single drain of information from his own bowels, but the jailers have always controlled the FSB, and it has its own reasons. For example, intimidate, restrain, frill the country - what could be more effective than video from cameras and camps? The same fifth element, an element of intimidation ... What is there - wild horror, which should spread a prison in Russia. For what? To maintain the system into inviolability.

Such revelations-with the publication of at least an ordinary nightmare, at least scenes of someone's rich and carefree life thanks to the stolen-in the current conditions always work in the other direction. This is a real, real puncture in the work of the FSIN and the FSB, which the opposing side took advantage of.

Osechkin has already announced the publication of secret documents regarding the work of the FSB that revealing the agents - and the disclosure of such information is a serious crime, the deadlines for this give serious. This leak is not provoked and not authorized.

Of course, there are nuances in violence, shit can be classified, divided into varieties. There are regions red and black, in the thieves' government or administrative. The consequences for a specific victim, however, are not very distinguishable. Just in Krasnoyarsk, the main city of the Red region, the main torture in the country (according to Osechkin), violence is controlled and authorized not by authoritative urks, but by official prison authorities. And is explained not by concepts, but by needs - official, economic, etc. - Silovikov.

Pressat is an unchanging element of this system. How much I have been working in Krasnoyarsk (since 1991), I hear so much about them.

The female press Kata also worked (the legendary Ira M. was taken regularly to the hairdresser for 14 years, and she provided a stream of appearance). Bags with ghosts, alcohol, drugs, with everything that the soul pleased, the operatives, bent over, dragged them into a pre -trial detention center, and then the pressers spread their huts.

Called Grin and two people who commanded the whole conveyor (one of them soon went to increase); "The rest are in direct official dependence on them." “The pressers come to freedom packaged, chic jackets and sheepskin coats, hats made of mink and Barguzinsky sable, tracksuits of Adidas, etc. from someone else's shoulder, etc. This is a fee for services for the disclosure of crimes - the administration encourages not only tortures, but also the satisfaction of the criminal self -interest of these people, in fact, it is robberies or robberies. ”

Both Grin, and now Osechkin, and many other fighters with the system at different times said equally that what is happening now, with them, would not be compared with the previous abuse or arbitrariness. This was stated both in 1996 and in 2021. And this is a normal property of a healthy psyche, reflex: a person sees a dislocation in the world order and wants to straighten the joint in place, he cannot believe - no matter what they say to him - that the local world order is based on this dislocation, that only thanks to him everything is held here. That this is not dislocation at all, but the order of things, the norm.

And all these completely different people - Osechkin, and Grin, and Abramkin, and Marchenko, and dozens of others - of course, knew the history of Russia and its prisons and camps, nevertheless they walked forward as if no one here folded their heads here. Or, still preserving her, he was convinced of the impenetrability of the walls. The fact that the presence of the first allowed and so far allows us to talk about the presence in our expanses of the people and the nation.

But this does not cancel the impenetrability of the walls. From the last news-after the start of the publication of the Krasnoyarsk archive torture: the current composition of the Public Council of the Federal Antimonopoly Service included the current adviser to the Krasnoyarsk Governor of the USS, and until July 2015, almost a quarter of a century, the head of the GUFSIN of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, General Shaeshnikov, is one of the architects of the modern penitentiary system, the successor of the best traditions. Meanwhile, in the SKSU of the Krasnoyarsk Territory they are warmly discussing not torture and not even the regrettable level of qualifications of local special services, who threw secret documents and video files, an agent base. The debate about snow -hills turned there - the very ones from which children ride: to ban them or not. In connection with this, an appeal to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Borisov was prepared in this regard.

Wasn't the future? In Russia, such a grammatical form of assumption, maybe still acceptable. And in Belarus?

Grin a quarter of a century ago wrote about the formation of nonhumans, about a qualitatively new crime-that "the practice of a pressat gives terrible fruits, but no one wants to think about this for the ephemeral effect of disclosure."

The same Shaeshnikov then called the article Green slander. The Internal Affairs Directorate of the region created a special commission, interviewed 150 suspects and accused who wrote at the confession (but for some reason not the ones who wrote Grin about, and none of the commission himself met with him). The facts were not confirmed, one operative was dismissed - they “stopped on time”, as they wrote in the report.
