The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow fined Aslanbek Soziev and Ilya Kudryashov 10,000 rubles each because of the single-person pickets they held on November 27 at Pushkinskaya Square. This was reported by a lawyer from OVD-Info, Alexander Salamov, who represented their interests in court.
The men were found guilty of violating the procedure for holding actions (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
The police detained activists on November 27, when they held pickets with posters "I am for the change of power" and "Crooks and thieves have no place in power."
15:35 Vasily Mochalov was also fined 10 thousand rubles. He was detained on November 20 because of a picket against political repressions. In the Khamovnichesky District Court, Mochalov was defended by a lawyer from OVD-Info Alexander Salamov.
The Meshchansky District Court fined Lev Gammer and Madina Avsetova for 10,000 rubles. They were detained in December 2020, when they were picketing outside the FSB building demanding an investigation into the poisoning of Alexei Navalny. Gammer was then standing with a poster "Navalny's underpants were washed, but what about your own?".
A participant in the same action, Vladimir Dubovsky, was fined 150,000 rubles under the article on repeated violation of shares (part 8 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
The cases of Gyammer and Dubovsky were retried by the court after the Moscow City Court returned the materials to the court of first instance. The interests of Gyammer, Avsetova and Dubovsky were represented in court by the defender from OVD-Info Denis Eliseev.
16:17 The Tverskoy District Court fined Sergei Morar 10,000 rubles. He was detained on September 18 for a picket on Pushkin Square. Ekaterina Selezneva, a defender from OVD-Info, was in court with Morar.
