Is Putin's irritation realizes Shoigu?

The expanded collegium of the Ministry of Defense-2021 claimed to become something more than even the sadly known Munich speech of Vladimir Putin, which was considered a declaration of a new Cold War. In his speeches at this board, the chief chief and his defense minister threatened the hot war. Putin told how he was tired of the diplomatic evasions of Western countries, masking attempts to humiliate Russia (that is, his Putin V.V.). To do this, I had to recall all the humiliations, including attacks on Yugoslavia (22 years ago), the exit from the proceedings (19 years ago), the invasion of Iraq (18 years ago), the presence of American representatives at nuclear production facilities (caused by the US desire to save these production from uncontrolled and deadly disintegration for the whole world). Vladimir Putin showed the generals and at the same time the world around the world the deepest complex of inferiority. It turns out that for twenty years he led the country, signed agreements with the Americans, agreements with NATO, all the time believing that he was deceived. He was terribly tormented by humiliation. And now, finally, broke through. It is the aggravation of this complex, strengthened by seven-year international isolation, that, apparently, is the source of the current crisis, when Russia makes the West, in principle, impossible requirements, threatening, if the military and military-technical measures are not fulfilled. What is translated means either the placement of some weapons that threaten the United States, or the upbringing of a direct war against Ukraine, which the Kremlin is considered an American vassal.

Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, clearly preparing an occasion for such a war, said that, according to his information, near the separation line from the Ukrainian side, certain fighters of American PMCs and unknown chemicals allegedly intended for provocations. The US State Department immediately denied this. Of course, there is no direct evidence of the one who is telling the truth and who is lying. Of course, it is obvious to any patriot that our Minister of Defense cannot lie. Moreover, its truthfulness can be verified by analyzing other data, for example, about the brilliant state of the armed forces with which he poured in the report to the Supreme Commander -in -Chief. Here he reports an unprecedented success: “The level of modernity in the nuclear triad has been brought to the highest indicator in the entire history of its existence - 89.1%.” I must say that exactly a year ago, General Shoigu set a more modest indicator as the main task of nuclear forces - 88.3%. However, we will wait with enthusiasm. Then, a year ago, it was planned to accept in 2021 in the combat composition of the Navy two strategic underwater missile carriers-Prince Oleg and Generalissimo Suvorov. However, in the last days of the year, only one submarine, “Prince Oleg” managed to accept. “Suvorov” was postponed to the next year. It happens, of course. But it remains a mystery how, when disrupting the most important program, the achieved level turned out to be higher than the planned? And this despite the fact that the tests of the Sarmat heavy missile were once again postponed to the next year.

Obviously, important plans and modernization of general -purpose forces are not fulfilled. Not only did the Navy took one submarine less than planned. Instead of six surface ships, only four entered operation. It turns out that the program for the construction of surface ships was completed by 70 percent. It is obvious that only thanks to some special, designed for the Ministry of Defense, Arithmetic Shoigu could report that the state defense order was made by 99.4%.

As a great success, the minister reports on the formation of more and more army formations, in particular tank and motorized rifle divisions, missile and anti -aircraft brigades, and the aviation regiment. But at the same time, Shoigu reports that “in general, the demographic failure of previous years has been overcome” (the military leadership recognized such a failure only now). According to the minister, the staffing of the armed forces is 91 percent. It is curious who, in this case, all parts and formations were completed, the formation of which Shoigu reported annually. There are terrible suspicions that all these are the notorious cropped formations, of which there were 80 percent in the army to the Serdyukov reforms. What made her completely unsyspined. But, no, Minister Shoigu, who cannot be believed, reported to the Supreme Commander -in -Chief that the combat capabilities of the armed forces had grown by as much as 12.8 percent!

A true masterpiece of accuracy is the sensational message of the head of the Ministry of Defense that "the number of military personnel under the contract was twice the number of conscripts." At the same time, the number of conscripts is one of the few unexpected numbers about the army. There are 262 thousand of them today. Therefore, contractors - as many as 524 thousand! And this despite the fact that in the spring, in an interview with Rossiy Gazeta, Shoigu reported as an achievement that the army has 380 thousand contractors (this figure is called for the past five years, periodically saying that contractors are significantly fewer). But maybe for solidity, contractors have now been enrolled in officers? In the end, they also sign a contract. Then it turns out that the number of the army is only 786 thousand people, and not at all 922 thousand, as follows from the words of Shoigu about the staffing of the army.

Thus, it is more or less clear that the data for the report of Shoigu are taken from the ceiling. Therefore, there is some reason to believe that data on ominous American preparations on the separation line in the Donbass - from the same source ...
