Since November 20, in the central and southern administrative districts of Moscow , "everything went in a new way." Muscovites, most of whom did not know about the innovations, were shocked by the disappearance of familiar bus routes. The claims of the inhabitants of the Khamovnikov, who prepared an appeal to the Department of Transport of the Moscow City Hall, which require the movement of all buses along the street of the 10th anniversary of October, as well as return the M3, 64 and 15 routes, Asia Tikhonova and Ilya Azar say.

The history of the issue

As early as November 2018, the honorary resident of Khamovnikov Alexei Antipov sent a letter to the municipal deputy Anton Alifanov asking him to consider changing the route of the social bus C12. Antipov and 75 residents signed by residents wanted to make medical institutions on Pogodinskaya Street and the Pension Fund (entrance from the 2nd lane of workers) more affordable for the elderly.

Residents came up with a way to change the route C12 so that it did not ride on the Khamovnichesky shaft to Bolshaya Pirogovskaya Street, but folded the Dovator Street and then drove passengers along the streets of the 10th anniversary of October and Pogodinskaya, the lanes of the Bolshoi Savvinsky and the 2nd workers.

The deputies considered the issue of a meeting of the Council of Deputies on November 15, 2018, but since they themselves have no authority to adjust the routes, they sent an appeal to the Department of Transport of the Moscow City Hall and Mosgortrans with a request to evaluate the proposal of residents and hold its public discussion. At a meeting of the Council, residents of the Osachevka quarter on the street of the 10th anniversary of October, which were proposed to launch the changed route, warned that the recent improvement narrowed the roadway of the street and the launch of the bus will lead to a transport collapse.

In December 2018, Boris Tkachuk, First Deputy General Director of the Mosgortrans State Unitary Enterprise, said that it is not possible to change the route of the bus of the bus C12 according to the proposed scheme without reconstruction of the road network, ”since the streets between the Savinsk and Frunze embankments were built without taking into account the passage of the city passenger transport and the city passenger transport Do not meet the requirements of GOST 52766-200. " The depotrass replied that "the organization of the bus route on the indicated streets without the reconstruction of the road network is not planned."

There were no public discussion of residents to adjust the route C12, although in 2019 several working meetings and meetings were held in the Khamovniki district council and the CAO Prefecture, which considered this issue.

The coronavirus pandemic that began in 2020 pushed transport issues to the background, and it seemed that the proposal of residents was lost between Deptrans and Prefecture, until suddenly in the summer of 2021 the residents of the district were surprised to find that the Polyclinic No. 38 on the street of the 10th anniversary of October removed the parking spaces, and they began to mark the public stops for stopping for public stops transport.

“Now 4 routes pass under our windows (M5, M6, C216 and 220), one of which simply unfolds here, around the square. Buses run from 6 a.m. to 2 in the morning with an interval of 5-6 minutes. From buses - constant noise and exhaust gases, and we have a lot of young children at home, whose dream is broken. It is difficult to endure this to the elderly. At the peak hour, traffic jams arise here, because the buses are quite wide, and when turning to the Dovator Street, half of their muzzle is carried into the oncoming lane, which is quite dangerous, ”says Ivan Markov, a resident of house No. 32 for the hamuconical shaft. According to him, the inhabitants of the house have already drawn up a complaint, which they are going to send to Deptrans and the mayor of Moscow.

On the spacious Bolshoi Pirogovskaya street, on the contrary, it became deserted - now only two buses go along it. Residents massively complain that the M3, 15 and 64 routes were removed from this street, because they could be reached by different parts of the city remote from the metro, without going down the ground.

Many residents got a job or chose an educational institution for the child, counting on these routes, and Deptrans unexpectedly complicated their lives.

“The biggest tragedy is the abolition of M3. I live next to the Trubetskaya street stop, and on this bus I took the child to the kindergarten near the Bauman garden, after which I went to work in the Pokrovsky Gate area. I chose a kindergarten precisely with the support on this route. After all, no one expects that his metro branch will be raised, right? - the translator Daria Denisova is indignant. - So I was not ready for the fact that the main bus in our lives will be canceled. Now you need to jump from the bus to the bus on cold and rain, and soon - on the snow and porridge of reagents. "

According to Denisova, the abolition of the 15th bus cut off the opportunity to get to the boulevards without a transplant, it is more difficult for children to get to the Prechistenka in the art and music schools. Without the 64th bus, you can’t get to Presnya. “It turns out that with the previous scheme from Pirogovka on the 64th, 255th, 15th and M3, it was possible to leave in different parts of the city without transplants, and now, in fact, only on M6 to the Kropotkinskaya metro. With a child, this is all extremely inconvenient. Yes, and the return road can take a lot of time if the M6 got into a cork on Taganka, and there are no more other options, ”says Denisova.

Not all the inhabitants of the Khamovniks are opposed to the changes - some people liked them. “I like two changes, and I am ready to fight for them. Firstly, it is great that the 220th bus now walks along Pogodinskaya Street. It was simply absolutely absolute happiness, because it is no longer necessary to go around the hospital quarter from the Bolshoi Savvinsky Lane, and the road from my children to the metro occupies not 23 minutes, but 7. I support the idea to extend the route to the 3rd Frunze Street, but it is not necessary to make it social to go on the weekend, ”says Geologist Maria Burtman .

Secondly, a resident likes that the bus stop M6, 220 and C216 was made right at the exit from the Sportivnaya metro station on the 10th anniversary of October.

“Before that, there was no transport that would stay here, and in order to go towards Kyiv or Big Pirogovskaya, I had to go to the Khamovnika shaft. Now the second exit to the Luzhniki - to transplant with the MCC - unloaded, ”says Burtman. She does not agree with the claims of the residents of the street of the 10th anniversary of the October Revolution to the workload: “They say that the traffic jams have increased, but I drive by car in the 10th anniversary of October of the youngest child at rush hour, and the movement has not changed. I understand that those inhabitants of the street of the 10th anniversary of the October Revolution, in which the windows are facing the stop, are opposed to the stop, but they live at the metro, and our problems are not clear to them. But this stop is super convenient, it is done for people. ”

Return everything back

On November 24 of this year, at a meeting of the Housing Commission for Housing and Public Utilities, Capital Repair, Improvement and Transport, deputies of the Khamovniki SD examined the scandalous topic of new routes. In addition to several dozen residents, the representative of Mosgortrans was present at the commission. He said that depthrans organized all the changes, could not respond to the comments of the inhabitants, but promised to transfer all the requirements to the leadership.

Participants in the meeting of the deputy commission, after long -term debt, agreed on the list of requirements for Deptorance and the Moscow City Hall and began to collect signatures under it.

1. Remove the movement of all buses along the street of the 10th anniversary of October, and let the electric minibus along it along the route 220 to the clinic stop on the 2nd Frunze Street to connect the medical institutions of the district.
2. Return the routes M3 and 15.
3. Do not change the historical numbers of the oldest routes. The 28th and 15th should follow their numbers.
4. Return the 64th bus to the large Pirogovskaya street with further following until the metro 1905.
5. Remove the passage and turn of all buses on the designed passage No. 2309.
